is Annette Householder and I am a Licensed Realtor and
Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Legacy Real Estate Group
out of Bowling Green Kentucky. I work with clients all over Kentucky
but I specialize in residential, farm & land real estate in
Butler, Warren, Logan, Ohio, Muhlenberg, Grayson and
Edmonson counties. However, I
am here to help you find or sell a home or property no matter where you
are or where you want to be.
My number one goal is to make the task of
selling or buying a home or piece of property as easy and
pain free as possible for you. My promise to you is to work
hard at meeting your needs and to either find you a home or
sell your home as quickly as possible.

Searching For A New Home?
There are many ways to look for
that new dream home but the 2 best ways are to tell a Realtor
what you are looking for and let them find you some houses to
see - or - search for houses online.
Zillow.com or
Realtor.com are great sources to search with.
Once you find some
properties you are interested in, no matter which
agent has it listed, I can represent you and
show you those properties. Just email me at

back with you on availability and schedule some times to go see
them! I do ask every client working with me for the first
time to fill out a "Buyer's
Questionnaire" before we schedule the first showing.
